Staff was very friendly. Dr. Martin is very kind. But I was SO disappointed because I seemed to have fallen between the cracks. In urgent need of a few dental implants, due to rapid bone loss, after my first visit with Dr. Martin, at his Fairfield location, I was sent to Dr. Fox, in Mason, as they work in conjunction with each other. After that appointment, sent back to Dr. Martin at HIS Mason location. Then...its as if I was completely forgotten about! Weeks passed and I finally called to inquire about when I would be contacted about the consultation/collaboration. I was told that one of the Doctor's was on vacation and that they hadn't yet consulted with each other...and that I would be called back that day with an answer. No one called back. A couple more weeks passed and I called again. Told the same thing!!! The week after, I called again, and was given an appointment date that was 1 MONTH FROM THAT DATE! I was in disbelief. Since I'd invested a few hundred dollars into appointments and CBCT scan, I waited the month and attended the appointment. By this point, I could literally feel the additional bone loss that had occurred during this 2 month ordeal. I attended the

Walked in with the worst pain ever. My wisdom tooth was broken and I have an exposed nerve. She helped me no question asked. Made me feel like a human first and not the wrong insurance or too poor to help. I love this woman. Thank you and bless you from yhe bottom of my heart.

Dr. Martin and his staff have been nothing but a problem. My 80 year old grandpa has lost over 25 lbs because he can not eat due to his dentures not staying in his mouth. He paid over 400 dollars for a CT scan at Dr. Martin's office. My grandpa decided to go somewhere else to have implants done because they do it for a MUCH more reasonable price. We have tried to get the CT results to take over to the new office for a week and they keep giving us the go around. They are taking advantage of an elderly man all due to wanting to make money. It is very sad and one of the worst offices I have been to in my life. Such a disappointment.

He saved my teeth! No needles. No pain. Dr Martin is a no nonsense Professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows what you need to keep the teeth you have. Just do it. The staff Dr Martin surrounds himself with are fantastic. From Whitney the lovely smiling receptionist to Kim who explains your procedures and genuinely wants to help you figure out scheduling and financing. The dental hygienists I’ve worked with were polite and very friendly. Lisa reminds me of one of my cousins. She put me at ease from the first minute in the chair. Did you know they make hand held Xray machines? Looks like a large hair dryer. Fascinating. Mae a Dental Assistant never stops moving. She removed my stitches painlessly. After many years of bad habits Dr Martin is saving my teeth. I always assumed my genetics doomed me to dentures. Nope, this smile is my teeth. I am thrilled.

So, I had 2 teeth pulled and bone marrow filled back in on a Monday morning. I experienced no pain at all. By the evening time I still felt really good. The staff are really nice and take care of me when I call with any questions.
